| 摘 要： | 借助于扫描电镜对轴的应力法剪切断口的剖面试样进行了观察，观察结果表明：应力法剪切下料的剪切塑变区类似平盘形，且断口的轴向塑变深度很小，仅为０．１ｍｍ量级．这对提高下料精度和材料利用率均具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | Observing axial section of stress shearing sample with SEM,It is found that theshape of plastic deformation area of stress shearing is similar to plane disk.The depth of axialplastic deformation of the section is very small,being on the order of only 0.1mm. It is ofvery significance for improving the cutting accuracy and utilization factor of the material. |
