摘    要:本文对一种可在同一设备中进行厌氧和好氧过程的新型双外循环生物流化床的混合特性进行了研究。包括进行厌氧过程的液固二相流化床和进行好氧过程的气液固三相流化床中不同载体及载体添加量对混合时间的影响。结果表明:无论在二相流化床还是在三相流化床载体的添加都会使液体的混合时间不同程度的缩短;使用活性碳做载体比使用沸石做载体混合时间稍短;混合时间短,可以用全混流反应器(CSTR)模型来描述外循环流化床反应器。

Abstract:The mix characteristic for a new kind of sequencing batch biological fluidized bed with double outside circulating is study, in which both aerobic course and anaerobic course can be realized .This study include the influence of different carrier and carriers quantity added in fluid-bed. Show as a result: The carrier add can make mix time of liquid shorten differently regardless of in two-phase fluid-bed still in three-phase fluid-bed; When ctive carbon is used as carrier than zeolite mix timeis lightly shorter ; On account of shorter mix time the model of CSTR can be used to describe the fluid-bed reactor with double outer circulation.
