| 摘 要： | 对从成年牛肺中提取的肺表面活性物质的化学成份进行分析.结果表明:磷脂含量达73.16%,蛋白质占2.69%.磷脂成份中卵磷脂占50.68%,磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰甘油、鞘磷脂和磷脂酰肌醇分别占12.36%、12.23%、11.78%和9.19%.尚有少量磷脂酰丝酸氨和磷脂酸.这些结果均与人羊水、小牛肺、猪肺表面活性物质基本相似.

| Abstract: | Chemical composition of pulminary surfactants(PS) isolated from bovine lungs were determined.Phospholipid was the main component, composing 73.1%, while protein was only 2.69%.The most abundant phospholipid component was phosphatidylcholine, 50.68% ,and phosphattidylethanolamine, phoshadylinositol, sphingomyline, pihosphatidylserine and phosphatidic acid were contained at levels from 12.36-0.54%.All results are essentially similar to those of PS from human amniotic fluid and lungs of calf and standard PS from porcine lung. |
