摘    要:使用关节测角器对操练一遍简化太极拳的30例健康成年男性的膝关节角度进行测定⒚发现运动中膝关节角度比运动前0°位减少,即双膝处于半蹲功能位⒚这可能是简化太极拳增强膝部肌群特别是股四头肌力量和膝稳定性的主要运动学机理⒚还发现膝关节角度基本不受大腿长、小腿长的影响,提示练拳者经常进行太极拳锻炼可增强膝部肌群的力量和膝稳定性

Abstract:Using a goniometer,changes of angle degree of the knee joints were measured for thirty healthy collegemen during a bout of the simplified Taichiquan Exercise.Decreased angle degrees of the knee joints were found at their functional position during exercise,which could be a main kinesiological mechanism of strengthening quadriceps induced by Taichiquan exercise for the stability of the knee joints.The finding that no influence of thigh length and leg length on the knee joint angle degree suggests that Taichiquan exercise strengthen both muscles around the knee joint and the stability of the knee joint in young population.
