大型小区工程的结构设计

随着国家基本建设的迅速发展,以成片小区形式建设的建筑群越来越多.大型小区工程在建筑方案的设计阶段结构师就应参与进去,与建筑师一起构思总结构体系.该文以常熟世茂新城一期工程为例,对大型小区工程结构优化设计进行了论述.常熟世茂新城一期工程总建筑面积23.3万m2,7栋高层建筑采用剪力墙结构和短肢剪力墙结构,多层建筑采用框架结构.

Optimum design of housing estate project structures

With the rapid development of the national infrastructure construction,building clusters in the form of housing tracts are booming around China.The author suggests that structural engineers should contribute to decide the overall structural system with the architects in the construction scheming stage.This paper takes a specific project as a case study to illustrate the progress of making the decision on a housing tracts scheme.The first-phase project of Changshu Shimao New Town occupies an overall construction area size of 233 000 square meters.With the advises from the structural engineer,the seven high-rise apartment buildings adopt a combined structure of frame supported shear wall and short-leg shear wall,and the multi-level buildings adopt a frame structure.
