利用ObjectARX 技术开发组合网架自动设计软件

利用ObjectARX2000/2000i/2002在AutoCAD2000下编制了组合网架结构CAD程序,使用者只需利用AutoCAD常规绘图方式输入组合网架的图形、支座和结点荷载,即可自动形成空间网格的结点及杆件信息,并可进行图形及数据检查;然后利用AutoCAD ObjectARX与Visual C++的接口,采用组合网架的杆元分析法,进行结构内力分析,得到结点位移及杆件内力等计算结果并自动选择杆件最优截面,并用图形方式显示出结构内力、杆件选用等计算信息,最终形成施工图.同时自动计算结构总用钢量及混凝土用量,实现了组合网架结构的自动设计.

Development of automatic design program for composite space grid structure with technique of Object ARX

The Object ARX 2000/2000i/2002 is used to work out a CAD program for composite grid structure with AutoCAD2000. Its users need only inputting the graph of composite grid structure and the loads at the supports and joints with the help of conventional graphic mode in AutoCAD to generate automatically the information of the joints and bars of the structure and perform the checking of graphs and data. Then, through the interface between AutoCAD Object ARX and visual C ++ , the bar element analysis method is used to analyze the internal forces of the structure, obtaining the joint displacements and bar's internal forces and selecting automatically the optimal cross sections of the bars in the form of graphics. Finally, the constructional drawings are generated at the end of the program execution with automatic evaluation of the consumption of steel and concrete, realizing the automatic design of composite space grid structure.
