基于非线性模型的异步电机高性能驱动系统的研究

摘    要:为了提高磁场定向异步电机驱动系统的起动性能和运行效率 ,构造了由电机和逆变器构成驱动系统的损耗模型 ,分析了励磁电流对驱动系统效率的影响。应用一种新的基于 MT同步旋转坐标系下考虑异步电机主磁路饱和的非线性数学模型 ,设计了磁场定向矢量控制系统 ,通过实验验证了 ,适当地控制异步电机的转子磁链可以提高电机瞬时转矩 ,加快电机的起动过程 ,同时也可以在轻载或者额定工况下提高电机和逆变器的效率。从而提高整个驱动系统的利用率

Abstract:The starting torque and running efficiency of magnetic field oriented induction motor drive systems can be increased using a new nonlinear model of induction motors based on the MT synchronous rotating frame considering main path saturation to analyze the drive system losses. The detail loss model is presented for the motor and inverter in which the exciting current is changed. A field oriented control system was developed based on the nonlinear model. Experimental results using the control system showed that proper selection of the rotor flux level will improve not only the output torque at start up, but also the efficiency of the whole drive system at normal operating conditions.
