化学法制造高脱色力活性炭的研究

摘    要:<正>本试验研究了一种化学活化剂,对松炭的活化过程有较好的促进作用。正交试验结果表明,松炭用一种化学药剂的溶液处理时,对制得活性炭的脱色力有特别显著的影响。松炭用化学药剂溶液处理制得的活性炭的脱色焦糖溶液的透光率为96.5%,对0.15%亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色力为22ml/0.1g炭。

Abstract:A chemical activator which has a significant effect on the activated process of pine charcoal was studied in this experiment. The result of the orthogonal experiment showed that the pine charcoal treated with a chemical solution has a very remarkable effect on the decoloring power of prepared activated carbon. The transmissivity of the decolored caramel solution thus produced was 96.5%, and the power to decolor 0.15% methylene blue solution was 22ml/0.1g carbon.
