基于Inmarsat-F的船舶远程监控指挥系统的研究

摘    要:为确保船舶的正常航行,船公司需具备某种远程的监控策略。面对不断提高的开放性、灵活性和易维护的系统需求,具有Web功能的监控系统,能满足企业信息化和自动化发展的要求,它使监控的数据得以开放,能被更多的管理系统、控制系统和使用者所访问。本文正是以此为契机,为解决船岸系统之间的相互隔离,实现船岸数据共享为出发点,以船岸卫星通信系统为载体,在对GIS地理信息系统、GPS船舶定位技术和Inmarsat通信卫星技术深入研究的基础上,设计了基于Inmarsat-Fleet的船舶远程监控系统。

Abstract:For the safety sailing of the ship, ship owner's company should own a remote monitoring and controlling strategy. In the face of system requirement of opening, flexibility, manageability, the monitoring and controlling system based on web meets with the development of enterprise informatization and automatization. It makes the data acquired and monitored open to share with management system, controlling system and other users. In this thesis,to solve the separation of communication between ship and shore, to realize the data share each other, The author design and develop a ship-shore monitoring and controlling system, which based on the completely research of Inmarsat-F,GPS and GIS.
