飞灰含碳量的微波检测方法研究

摘    要:碳的不完全燃烧是锅炉燃烧损失的重要因素,精确和及时检测飞灰含碳量是提高锅炉运行效率的重要手段。飞灰含碳量的检测方法众多,微波以其相关特性在飞灰含碳量检测中占重要位置。介绍微波测碳的原理,分析飞灰中的碳与微波相关特性之间的关系,针对现有微波测碳技术的缺点,说明其发展趋势。

Abstract:Unburned carbon is the most important factor in the loss of boiler combustion,the important method of improve the boiler efficiency is measuring the unburned carbon in fly ash exactly and rapidly.There are many ways for measuring unburned carbon in fly ash,characteristics of microwave occupy important position in unburned carbon in fly ash measurement.The principle of microwave measurement for carbon is introduced and the relationship between the unburned carbon in fly ash and the characteristics of microwave are analyzed,in allusion to the shortcomings of the microwave measurement for carbon,explain the situation in the future.
