摘    要:利用离心机设备,采用砂岩球形颗粒群进行接触破碎试验,从破碎形态、锥形核尺寸和破碎率等方面探究多点接触条件下球形颗粒的接触破碎特性.试验结果表明,试样的破碎形态分为两块类和3块类,以两块类为主,且多点接触是3块类破坏产生的必要条件.结合已有球形颗粒单点接触破碎研究成果,拟合建立了多点接触条件下锥形核尺寸以及球形颗粒群破碎...

Abstract:Using the centrifuge equipment, the contact crushing test of sandstone spherical particles was carried out, and the crushing morphology, cone-shaped core size and crushing rate were studied to explore the contact crushing characteristics of spherical particles under multi-point contact conditions. The crushing morphology of samples can be divided into two-block type and three-block type, in which the two-block type is the main type, and the multi-point contact is the necessary condition for the three-block type failure. Combined with the existing research results of single point contact crushing of spherical particles, the empirical formulas of cone-shaped core size and the empirical formula of crushing rate of spherical particles are established by the fitting method, and are validated by the test. It is found that increasing the number of contact points can effectively reduce the particle crushing rate under the same load.
