| 摘 要： | 本文研究了四棱豆成熟叶片、茎段的组织培养,从茎、叶的愈伤组织中分化出了再生苗。并研究了不同激素比例和外植体在诱导和分化中的不同表现,以及诱导培养基对于分化的影响,筛选出愈伤组织诱导和分化的最适培养基。

| Abstract: | The tissue culture of Winged bean (Psophocarpus tetragonolobus DC)is investigated and shoot regeneration occured from callus derived frommature leaf and stem explants. The effects of different hormone combina-tion and explants on callus induction and shoot differentiation, as well as theinfluence of inducing medium on differentiation are observed. The optimalmedia for both induction and regeneration are selected. |
