摘    要:采用微波密封消化解决了消化时间长,消化条件难以控制造成硒损失的问题。实验证明,微波 密封消化快速,高效,从而提高了荧光法测硒的准确度及速度。

Abstract:Selenium is a kind of microelement and able to prevent cancer in human body .By adopting the microwave to dissolve a sealed sample, the question processed in the traditional dissolution technique has been solved well, that is time-consuming and the loss of Selenium for the difficult controlled dissolving condition. It's proved that the microwave dissolution technique is evidently better than the tradition. It is fast and efficient, the precision and accuracy of the analytic result have also been improved obviously.
