基于POLYFLOW的管道黏弹性流体流动数值模拟

摘    要:借助POLYFLOW软件分析了方型截面管道内黏弹性流体的流动参数,研究表明:管道内流体不仅存在着轴向流动,还存在着回流运动,即在流体流动方向存在着二次流动和流层颗粒分散混合现象.

Abstract:By analyzing the flow parameters of the viscoelastic fluid in a square channel with a square cross section through POLYFLOW,a conclusion is drawn that the flow in the pipe is not only axial but also re-circulating,and similarly a result can be acquired that second motion and back-mixing occur in the moving direction of the flow.
