| 摘 要： | 针对当今令人堪虞的德育方式与现状,注重隐性德育已成为高校德育发展的新趋势。隐性德育是指学校通过一定的教育载体,对学生进行一种间接的教育性经验的传递与渗透,具有渗透性、潜隐性、多样性和自主性等特点。充分利用在教育载体中的渗透进行隐性德育,能更好的实现教育目的。
