| 摘 要： | 对机器人在汽车挡风玻璃自动涂胶系统中的应用进行了阐述,对机器人工作站中的主要组成部件设计和功能进行了详细的说明.从机器人挡风玻璃涂胶系统的生产实际需要出发,提出并设计了一套玻璃自动对中识别装置,可以对不同规格型号的玻璃进行自动对中识别,提高了生产的柔性.并根据设计经验详细论述了此套系统的工作节拍.

| Abstract: | This paper explains the application of robot in the automated vehicle windshield gluing system. It contains the detailed introductions of the design and functions of the major components of the robotic work cell. It also introduces a new design of automated windshield orientation and identification device which is designed to position and identify different types of wind- shields automatically based on the need of actual manufacturing conditions. It has greatly improved the flexibility of the manu- facturing. It also explains the work cycle of the system in detail according to the design experience. |
