| 摘 要： | 目的:了解胃复安对结石性胆囊炎胆囊切除术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效.方法:对2003年6月至2003年12月本科120例的结石性胆囊炎胆囊切除患者随机分组,设立对照组(实验及空白)进行前瞻性研究,观察期为2天,详细记录其肛门排气时间,肠鸣恢复时间,进食时间以及发生腹痛、腹胀有无情况.结果:观察指标(肛门排气时间,肠鸣恢复时间,进食时间)实验组较对照组明显提前(P<0.001),腹痛、腹胀较对照组明显减少(P<0.001).结论:胃复安使用有利于结石性胆囊炎胆囊切除术后胃肠功能的恢复.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the metoclopramide after non-stone cholecystitis for the infection of gastrointestinal motility. Methods: For the patients 120 cases of non-stone cholecystitis instaurated follwed grouping, set up collated group(experiment and biankness) progressing follw-up study, observed 2 days, particular memorized the index of gastrointestinal motility. Results: Observed index of gastrointestinal motility: the experiment group compared ditinctness advance (P<0.001)but bellyache and bellybulge (index of gastrointestinal badness responses) ditinctness decrease(P<0.001). Conclusions It is good to use the metoclopramide propitious to resume of gastrointestinal motility in non-stone cholecystitis, or decreased gastrointestinal functional badness responses. |
