不同PH条件下乌鳢胃,肠,肝胰脏蛋白酶活性的初步研究

摘    要:以乌鳢(OPhiocephalusargus)为研究材料,获得在不同pH条件下胃、肠、肝胰脏蛋白酶的活性变化及酶的最适pH值(分别为3.0、8.0和8.4).三者在最适pH值时酶活性的大小顺序为胃>肠>肝胰脏.pH对胃蛋白酶的影响大于对杨道蛋白酶和肝胰脏蛋白酶的影响.

Abstract:We studied the protease activities in the stomach, instestine and hepatopancreas of ophioceaphlus argus Cantor in different pH conditions. The results showed that the optimum pH values of the protease activities in stomach, intestine and hepatopancreas are 3.0, 8. 0, and 8. 4 respectively. At the optimum pH values, the level of protease activity in stomach is the highest, in intestine the second and the lowest in hepatopancreas. pH value effects more on the protease activity in stomach than in intestine and hepatopancreas.
