利用酿造糟生产菌蛋白饲料的研究(中试)

采用我国传统固体发酵工艺，筛选出生长和抗逆优良的菌种，利用酿造糟采用生料发酵生产菌蛋白饲料，使用酿造行业现有的设施设备即可进行生产，是一种符合目前国内食品行业国情的可行工艺技术。经饲喂试验证明该产品质量可靠，应用效果好，为饲养业的发展提供了低成本饲料源。

Development of Fungus Protein Feed Fermented From Brew Dregs(Middle-sized experiment)

Using our traditional solid fermentation technology and with two kind of fungus prepared, which are in good grow power and anti adversity ability, fungus protein feed can be fermented from brew dregs with raw material fermentation, this product can be processed with the facilities in brew industry at present. This is a kind of practicable technology, which is fit to the food industry conditions domestically. It is concluded through feed experiment that this fermented product is in good quality and in good feed effect. It provides a low cost feed source for feed industry.
