摘    要:产品设计不仅是工程学意义上概念和物化的机械过程,更是人类学意义上创造和创新的文化过程。产品设计与企业人类学的有效结合使其能透过设计创意与市场运作的表象,寻找出更丰富复杂的设计与人的本质的关系。通过观察用户反应,找出用户需求的核心价值和行为习惯,帮助管理者、市场营销人员和设计师在市场变化前进行有效预测,为企业设计出能够满足客户多元化需求的产品。

Abstract:Product design is not only the concept and physical mechanical process in engineering sense, but also a culture processof innovation and creation in the anthropological sense. On the basis of effective combination of product design and enterpriseanthropology, more complex relations between design and the essence of human through the design creativity and the appearanceof market operation are supposed to be explored. Moreover, by means of observing the users' response, core values of their re-quirements and behavior habits are also to be obtained. In addition, it can help managers, marketing personnel and designerspredict effectively before the market changes, and design products which can meet customers' diverse requirements.
