摘    要:20世纪中期至今的小学科学教育改革,实现了三个方面的转换:课程性质由“自然”到“科学”,教育目标由“精英”到“大众”,教学方法由“过程”到“探究”;与此相适应,小学科学教师在专业素养上,也应该实现由“静态”到“动态”的转换。

Abstract:There have been three shifts nowadays in the reform of science education in primary schools ever since the mid-20^th century:the property of the course is changing from“nature” to “science”, the aim from “training elites” to “cultivating the common”, and the method from“process” to “exploration”.Accordingly, the quality of science teachers in primary schools should be improved from “static” to“dynamic”.
