试论现代大学制度的创新

高等教育创新对于现代大学制度建设具有重要意义，而高等教育创新往往在最后会上升到制度层面，从而实现创新效果的最大化。高等教育创新首先要解决现代大学的定位问题，创建有利于现代大学制度的发展环境，促进大学内部组织结构与权力结构的调整，协调大学发展的内外部关系。

On the Reform of Modern University System

The reform of higher education is of vital importance for the build-up of modern university system. This kind of reform, which will eventually go up to the level of system so as to achieve the most desired effect, must first of all fix the orientation of modern university, and create a favorable environment for the build-up of modern university system which in turn will bring about the internal restructuring of both power and organization as well as the coordination of both internal and external relationships for the development of the university.
