瞿秋白的"五四"批判

瞿秋白在提倡文艺大众化运动时期，秉持一种继承、批判、超越的姿态。瞿秋白用发展的眼光，从中国革命的实际需要出发来论定五四运动的性质，指出：“五四”话语是知识分子与大众隔阂的新的起源；“五四”是欧化与文学宗派主义的起源；资产阶级的“五四”知识分子已经发生蜕变，新的文化革命只能在无产阶级领导之下进行。瞿秋白断定，“五四”革命精神必将被继承，“五四”文化革命必将继续。

Qu Qiubai's Criticism about the May 4th Movement

In the period of promoting literary and artistic popularization,Qu Qiubai insisted on an attitude of inheritance,criticism and surpassing.To determine the nature of the May 4th Movement in a view of development and according to the actual needs of the Chinese revolution,Qu Qiubai inspected the three aspects of the meaning and value of the May 4th: May 4th is the nature of the bourgeoisie,May 4th discourse is the new origin of misunderstanding between the intellectuals and the public,May 4th is the origin of "Europeanization" and literature sectarianism.Qu Qiubai concluded that the revolutionary spirit of May 4th will be inherited,and the Cultural Revolution will be continued.
