摘    要:为提高离合器式飞剪的剪切精度,采用相关测速技术,对热轧线材的运行速度进行在线测量,并综合运用可编程序控制器及其高速计数模块,完成了系统控制软件的设计,使剪切误差控制在+200?mm以内,达到了国内先进水平.

Abstract:To improve the shearing precision of flying scissors, the correlative technigue is applied in the on-line measurement of the running speed of hot-rolling steel products, and through the comprehensive use of PLC and its high-speed counting module, the system control saftware has bcen designed, so as to confine shearing error with in 200 mm which is an advanced technological standard in China.
