有机累托石/环氧树脂纳米复合材料制备及其流变性能研究

摘    要:采用自制离子液体型累托石,用熔融插层法制备有机累托石/环氧树脂/桐油酸酐纳米复合材料。分别用XRD、DSC、旋转流变仪对复合材料的微观结构、固化动力学和流变性能进行测试。结果表明,有机累托石含量较低时在环氧树脂基体中形成了剥离型纳米复合材料;有机累托石的加入,降低了环氧树脂/桐油酸酐体系固化反应的活化能和频率因子,但环氧树脂/桐油酸酐体系的固化反应不是简单的一元反应,有机累托石的加入并不改变其固化反应机理;随着有机累托石含量的增加,环氧树脂/桐油酸酐体系的黏流活化能逐渐增大。

Abstract:The nanocomposites of organic rectorite/epoxy resin/tung oil anhydride(OREC/EP/TOA) were prepared from alkyl imidazolium-treated rectorite by melting intercalation.The microstructures,curing kinetic process and rheological behavior of the nanocomposites were characterized by XRD,DSC and rotational rheometer,respectively.The results indicate that,the exfoliated nanocomposite is obtained when the OREC content is less than 2 wt%.The addition of the OREC can reduce the curing activation energy and frequency factor of the anhydride curing system,but the anhydride curing reaction is not a simple first-order reaction and the added OREC doesn’t change the curing reaction mechanism.And as the OREC content increases,the flow activation energy of the blending systems increases.
