摘    要:建立工业聚丙烯环管反应器模型以及由该模型确定各动力学参数在反应器内的分布对优化与控制聚丙烯的工业生产至关重要.基于作所建立的稳态操作条件下聚丙烯环管反应器模型.以福建炼油公司聚丙烯分厂环管反应器为具体模型对象.采用四阶Runge-Kutta算法对该模型方程进行了求解.并给出了模型求解的关键输入参数.模型计算结果表明,所选择的反应器内动力学参数分布均匀.模型结果与定性分析吻合;同时.对提高进料质量流量以达到提高产量的情况进行分析.计算结果也能满足现场情况.

Abstract:In order to optimize and control the reactor operation in the propylene process,it is important and necessary to propose the kinetic parameters and their distributing characteristic model.According to the model,the kinetic profiles (such as the solid content,the monomer concentration,the catalyst concentration,the hydrogen concentration,the temperature in the loop reactor,the cooling water temperature,etc.) and the loop reactor length can obtained,which provides the theoretical basis for optimizing and controlling operation of propylene loop reactor,also for judging if the increasing output of polypropylene is feasible. Based on the above aims and model, this paper analyzed and solved the differential equations,which are put forward and developed in the above paper~([9]).At first,the four orders Runge-Kutta arithmetic on the basis of many literatures and the reactor data in a 70 kt/a polypropylene plant of Fujian petrochemical complex were introduced briefly.Moreover,the input parameters were given in detail on the basis of many literatures and the model results were obtained and analyzed.Based on the simulation results,the model developed can be used to describe the kinetic profiles of the loop reactor in a 70 kt/a polypropylene plant of Fujian petrochemical complex.The kinetic parameters distributing following along the loop reactor length is symmetrical and it is feasible to increase the output of polypropylene by increasing the monomer mass flux from the theory.In short,the model and its application in propylene factory of Fujian petrochemical co., ltd.are satisfactory.
