安全信息学的基本问题

摘    要: 为了从信息的视角去诠释安全科学问题,探索并创建安全信息学科,提出以信息学领域中的信息不对称论和传播学模式作为基础来探讨安全信息学的构建。将安全科学的属性与信息不对称论结合起来讨论了建立安全信息学的意义;从信息不对称论出发提出安全信息学的定义和内涵,阐述了安全信息学的学科基本问题,建立了安全信息学的理论基础、学科基础及框架体系,最后创建出安全信息学的一般程序。研究表明,信息论与安全科学结合具有深厚的理论意义,建立的安全信息学能为安全科学的研究提供新思路和新方法。

Abstract:In order to interpret safety issues from the perspective of information economics, and to explore and create safety information, the information asymmetry theory is taken as the breakthrough point in the field of economics to explore the safety information science. Through combining the attribute of safety science with the information asymmetry theory, the significance of the establishment of safety information is explained. In addition, from the view of the information asymmetry, the definition and the connotation of the safety information science are proposed. The basic problems of the subject of the safety information science are discussed. The theoretical basis, the subject base and the frame system of the safety information theory are established. The general procedure of the safety information science is created. It is shown that the combination of the information theory and the safety science has a profound theoretical significance. The establishment of the safety information science can provide new ideas and methods for the safety science.
