依托大科学装置进行产业化的关键因素研究

大科学装置在建成以后,其科学价值对科技创新的发展起到重大推动作用。同时,作为国家重点投资建设项目,大科学装置对社会其他领域也会产生深远影响,其中,对产业和经济的带动作用逐渐得到重视。本文通过对国内外依托大科学装置进行产业化的典型案例的梳理和分析,结合产业化及技术转移理论,提出依托大科学装置进行产业化的特点,总结出以大科学装置为依托进行产业化所需的5个关键因素,即在产业化促进部门的支持下,通过完备的硬件保障、有竞争力的人才引进与培养计划、适当的资金支持和广泛而深入的宣传推广手段推进产业化进程。

Key Factors for the Industrial Application of Large-scale Scientific Facilities

The emerging large-scale scientific facilities not only provide prerequisites, be it theoretical or experimental, for scientific research, but also facilitate the development of new technology and new industry. Industrialization is a way to transform scientific research results into economic industrial outputs. It is of vital importance for government and the contractors of to take industrialization into consideration when constructing and operating the scientific facilities. On the basis of the collection and analysis of case study of different large-scale scientific facilities globally, the study has proposed five key factors for the industrialization of large- scale scientific facilities, namely the technology transfer department, research facilities, talent cultivating plan, financial support and publicity activities. The study continuously makes suggestions on how to encourage research institutes and firms to interact in the environment of industrialization.
