| 摘 要： | 人工智能技术与智能手机的融合,促进了智能手机领域的人工智能专利研发进程,加剧了智能手机硬件厂商、通讯运营商、软件开发者等主体的竞争局面。为促成智能手机领域在"人工智能+"时代形成良性竞争态势,竞争参与者应当寻求"以手机硬件与软件协调配合的人工智能专利布局模式",形成共享人工智能数据的开元平台,在人工智能手机元件、增强现实与虚拟现实技术、物联网基础器件等领域进行延伸性专利布局,从而使智能手机领域的人工智能应用方略为智能经济的发展形成示范效应。
