深度定制型人才培养运行方式的设计与探讨

摘    要:部队新装备发展日新月异,而军队院校人才培养仍然延续着原有的按部就班的方式进行,赶不上部队变化的节奏,供需脱节,本文针对目前军队院校任职教育中人才培养的薄弱环节,以及部队对深度定制型人才的迫切需求,提出了全新的以教导艇为核心的艇员培养新模式,新模式有效的提升了新装备人才培养的效果,促进了部队战斗力快速发展,文章对整个模式的运行设计,持续运行方式,运行效果进行了详细的阐述与探讨。

Abstract:The article focuses on the weak link of personnel training for post education in military college, and the urgent demand of the army for the deep customization talents ,put forward a new craft boat to teach as the core of the new training model of sailors, The new mode has effectively improved the effect for training of new equipment talents, and promoted the rapid development of combat effectiveness of troops, the article expound and discuss for the whole operation mode, continuous operation mode, operation effect in detail.
