血清总胆固醇检测结果的影响因素分析

通过不同检测条件对同一样本血清总胆固醇(TC)含量的测定,研究影响检测结果的因素,为临床准确检测总胆固醇提供实验依据.在全国范围内选取815家医院,分组后采用剔除离群值的方法得出的均值为总胆固醇含量的靶值,计算出各个检测部门检测总胆固醇结果的偏倚,剔除样本量较小(小于25)的检测部门,然后用SPSS13.0软件对不同的检测条件的偏倚(检测方法、检测仪器、试剂、校准物)进行方差分析,检验差异是否具有统计学意义,确定对总胆固醇检测结果的影响因素.不同检测仪器、不同的试剂和不同校准物检测同样的标本得到的结果其差异均有统计学意义(F=3.601,P<0.01;F=9.537,P<0.01;F=7.750,P<0.05).血清总胆固醇测定主要与仪器、试剂、校准物有关.

Analysis on the Influential Factors of the Examination Result of Serum Triglyceride

The influential factors of examination results,detecting the content of serum TG of the same sample in different examining conditions,was explored with the purpose of providing the reference for examing serum TG precisely in clinical application.The samples,collected from a total of 815 hospitals around the country,were divided to different groups,the average obtained by rejecting outliers was regarded as the target value of the content of TC,the bias of the examination results of TC obtained in different departments were worked out,and the realms whose sample sizes were less than 25 were rejected,then the software of SPPSS13.0 was employed to carry out the ANOVA of the bias of different detecting conditions(detecting approach,detecting instruments,reagents,objects of calibration)),checking if the difference has statistical significance and determining the influencing factors of the examination results of serum Triglyceride.The difference of the examining results resulted from the different detecting instruments,different reagents and different calibrator had statistical significance(F=3.601,P<0.01;F=9.537,P<0.01;F=7.750,P<0.05).The examination results of serum TG was principally related to instrument,reagent and calibrator.
