| 摘 要： | 主要利用自组织行为理论,对非线性系统中煤矿衰退产生、形成、发展以及衰退的动态演化过程加以描述与分析,从而探讨老工业基地可持续发展的演变规律.同时把这一理论应用于煤矿产业市场,说明了东北老工业基地煤矿衰退过程,就是一个不确定行为本质特征的复杂系统的自组织行为.在此基础上,对东北老工业基地煤矿产业衰退的防范给出了产业结构调整、非煤产业开发的建议.

| Abstract: | The main use from the organization behavior theory,for describing and the analysis of the coal mine for- mation development as well as the decline dynamic evolutionary process which are in the nonlinear system,so that to discuss the old industrial base sustainable development the evolution rule.And this theory applies in the coal mine industry market,which explains the northeast old industrial base coal mine degenerative process ,is a indefinite behavior essence characteristic complex system from the organization behavior.On this foun- dation,the guard which declined to the northeast old industrial base coal mine industry has produced the in- dustrial structure adjustment,and the non-coal industry development suggestion. |
