基于技术创新过程的产业集群知识发酵模型研究

产业集群知识发酵即在参与者原有知识的基础上,由某种创意引导,通过成员之间的知识交流,相互反复激发、评价、修正,逐渐形成新的知识,达到新的知识状态。技术创新构思是技术创新设计中最能体现创新性的阶段,体现为不同种类知识的融合。优化产业集群知识发酵模型需要加强技术创新的扩散,应采取强化集群知识传播与碰撞、优化集群知识发酵环境、构建集群知识发酵激励机制等对策。

Study on Industrial Cluster Knowledge Fermeniation Model Based on Technical Innovation Proeess

Knowledge fermentatlon of industry cluster is that the participants on the hasis of existing knowledge from some creative guidance,through the exchange of knowledge among its members and by inspiring each other repeatedly,evaluating,amending,to gradually form new knowledge,and to achieve the new state of knowledge.The idea of technological innovation can be good embodied in innovative design stage,and reflects the integration of different types of knowledge.To optimize the industrial fermentation knowledge cluster model,we need to strengthen technical innovation diffusion,and should be taken these countermeasures such as strengthening the dissemination and collision of cluster knowledge,optimizing the environments,and building the incentive systems of cluster knowledge fermentation.
