镍基合金激光表面Y_2O_3合金化研究

摘    要:用电子探针和扫描电镜研究了预涂粉末量和激光辐照工艺参数对 GH49 合金表面熔掺层中 Y_2O_3 分布的影响及熔掺层的组织特征。结果表明,当功率密度为 17.6kW/cm~2,扫描速度为 0.36 m/min时,熔掺区Y_2O_3 弥散均匀分布,对0.05g/cm~2 涂层粉末量,Y_2O_3 含量达(1.2~1.5)wt%。过热处理后,熔区枝晶组织消失,晶粒细化,晶界弯曲.γ′相与Y_2O_3 粒子共同弥散分布,从而使一般镍基合金实现了表面ODS合金化。

Abstract:EMP and SEM were used to investigate the effects of precoating powder quantity and laser radiation parameters on Y2O3 distribution in the melting/blending surface layer of GH49 alloy and its microstructural characteristics. The results show that a dispersive and uniform distribution of Y2O3 is obtained in melting blending zone when the power density of laser radiation is equal to 17. 6 kW/cm2 at a scanning rate of 0. 36 m/min. In the melted zone content of Y2O3 is up to 1. 2wt% - 1. 5wt% in 0. 05g powder precoated on 1 cm2 area. After heat treatment.the dendritic structure in melted zone disappeared with grains refined and grain boundary curved. The dispersive distribution of r' phase and Y2O3 particles are obtained in common and so,in general,the Ni-base alloys will attain its ODS alloying condition on surface.
