| 摘 要： | 移动通信技术近年来发展很快，在市场需求的驱动下，移动网络容量不断提升，网络优化成为网络发展的核心．以辽西地区移动通信系统的实践为例，通过对掉话率及接通率的具体分析，从网络优化角度提出有助于问题解决的观点和看法，以提高网络的通信质量．

| Abstract: | With the development of technology of mobile communication, the capacities of mobile communication network are enlarging. The work sampled from the workstation in the area in west of Liaoning, and it included some experiences of wire off rate and getting through rate in its network optimization. Some approach in this paper can also be capitalize on. |
