摘    要:本文采用刚塑性有限元法分析冷挤压过程,建立了材料屈服强度的新模型及相应的有限元计算方程,完成了对汽车轮胎螺母冷挤压过程的刚塑性有限元分析。从而为工艺和模具设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:CAE/CAD/CAM integralization is a trend in dies technology. An ana-lysis of the cold extrusion process by means of the rigid-plastic finite element method is found to be a useful approach in its CAE. In actual application, however, if the deformed body is of a kind of strain-hardening material, and the rigid zone accounts for the greater part of the deformed body to make the process an unsteady-state one, the convergence of iteration will be very bad. A new yield strength model of the material and the related equations of rigid-plastic finite element analysis have been proposed and used successfully in the cold extrusion of a truck tyre nut.
