| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育是解决人的思想、观点和政治立场问题,从人出发,构建在"人"的基础之上的一项基本工作。高等学校思想政治教育工作是提高学生政治素质和道德素质,培养和造就社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重要保证。在思想政治教育工作中,要遵循教育规律,坚持以人为本,突出人的主体性精神,对大学生晓之以理,动之以情,导之以行,使他们在正确思想引导下健康成长。
