摘    要:人才培养是高校的根本任务,"育人"是核心.高校育人环境的优劣直接关系到能否培养合格的人才.坚持"以人为本"的工作理念、落实科学发展观,从思想环境、文化环境、管理环境、学术环境、心理环境和网络环境等六个方面构建生态、和谐的、具有导向性和系统性的高校生态育人环境,对于推动大学生的社会化进程、促进大学生的全面发展、全体发展和个性化发展都有深远的意义和现实的重要作用.

Abstract:The primary task of institutions of higher learning is to nurture and educate qualified personnel for society with moral education as its core. The educational environment is directly related to whether qualified personnel can be fostered or not. Ecological, harmonious, instructive and systematic educational environment should be constructed and developed in terms of ideology, culture, management, academy, psychology and internet.It is of great significance in pushing forward the socialization of college students and promoting their overall development as well as specific and individual development.
