| 摘 要： | 激励是企业管理领域一个非常重要的问题,因此企业管理者在运用激励工具的时候越需要十分慎重。分析了企业管理者在激励问题上的一些认识误区,尤其是有限理性对企业管理者在运用激励工具时的限制,指出了企业管理者误用激励工具可能导致的严重后果。

| Abstract: | The motivation is an important problem in enterprise's management field, so the top managers of the enterprise should be very cautious on using the motivation tool. This paper analyzes on some mistaken areas of the top managers of the enterprise in the motivation problem, especially the constraint of the top managers' bounded rationality in the use the motivation tool, and points out the serious consequences probably caused by the abuse of the motivation tool by the top managers of the enterprise. |
