装配结构实体的参数化建模

对一个供有限元分析的复杂装配结构模型进行参数化定义,结合自底向上和自顶向下的两种模型装配方法,利用零部件之间的尺寸参数和装配关系,使其在模型的主坐标和零部件成型的局部坐标之间的参数转换过程中得以体现.以建立结构合理,成型可靠的参数化模型为目的,提出了对复杂装配结构的实体模型的装配参数进行定义的基本思路和方法.

Parametric modelling of assembled constructional bodies

Parametric definition of a complex assembled constructional model was given for finite element analysis.Combining two such model assemble methods as bottom-to-top and top-to-bottom and employing the dimensional parameters and assemble relationship among the components and parts,the parametric modelling can be implemented during the process of parameter transformation among the principal coordinates of the model and the local coordinates of the formation of components and parts.Taking the establishment of a parametric model with reasonable configuration and reliable formation as objective,a basic thought and method of defining the assemble parameters of the model of complex assembled constructional bodies was presented.
