某监狱男性服刑人员心理健康状况调查

采用由宋兴川修订的服刑人员SCL-90症状自评量表，对259名服刑人员的心理健康状况进行了调查，结果表明：服刑人员总分、总均分、阳性项目明显高于正常人群，除人际关系因子外，其他因子分明显高于常模，心理健康总体水平偏低；不同年龄段服刑人员心理健康状况无显著差异；长期服刑人员（刑期超过10年）的躯体化、敌对和偏执因子得分较为明显，高于短期和中期服刑人员，且差异显著。

An Investigation of Psychological Health Status of Male Prisoners

An investigation was conducted among 259 inmates by adopting Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90) revised by Xing Chuan-song.It found that the scores of all the factors,total average and the number of positive items were higher in prisoners than those in normal control except for the interpersonal sensitivity.Besides,the psychological health in different ages of male prisoners showed no significant difference;the subscales of somatization,hostility and paranoid ideation found in long-term prisoners(including more than 10 years) were higher than short and medium-term prisoners,and the difference was notable.
