摘    要:本文应用有限单元法分析了预变形、粒子尺寸、体积分数和组分相的屈服强度比对双相钢的 Bauschinger Effect(BE)及残余相应力的影响.对 BE 和残余相应力之间的关系、非弹性卸载、卸载塑性及反向变形对 BE 和残余相应力的影响也作了讨论.一些计算分析和相应的实验结果相比较,符合较好.

Abstract:A finite element method has been employed to calculate the effect of prestrain,particle size,volume fraction and yield strength ratio of the constituent phases on the Bauschinger Effect(BE)and residual phase stresses for ferrite-martensite two-phase steels.The rela- tionship between the BE parameters and residual phase stresses is given,and the foundamentals of inelastic unloading and the effect of reverse deformation on the BE and residual phase stresses are also discussed.Some of the calculated data are compared with experimental results and the good agreement between them is found.
