摘    要:在使用电涡流测功机对发动机进行动力性能检测时,出现了测功机、联轴器系统严重损坏的机械事故,导致测功系统完全损坏.对测功系统损坏时试验工况进行详细分析,查找测功系统损坏的原因,为测功机控制系统的测试工况设定及结构提出建议.

Abstract:When the eddy current dynamometer is used to test the dynamic performance of the engine,the mechanical accident appeared seriously damage the dynamometer system.This paper analyzes the variable working conditions when the dynamometer system is damaged in the test,and attempt to find out the causes of the collapse of the dynamometer system.The reasonable suggestion for setting and structure of the working conditions on the dynamoneter system is made to prevent the similar accident.
