| 摘 要： | 1947年加拿大对外事务部长路易斯.圣劳伦特在多伦多发表外交演说,其内容是包括统一、自由、法律至上、尊重人类价值和道德准则与承担外交责任的五项原则外交,具有明显的理想主义特征。五项原则外交成为圣劳伦特执政时期加拿大外交政策的主线,其形成主要受加拿大地理位置、人口规模、与美国的关系、历史记忆以及国内政治等因素的影响。

| Abstract: | In 1947,Louis St.Laurent,the foreign minister of Canada delivered a speech in Toronto.His speech included the Five Principles of Diplomacy,i.e.,unity;freedom;supremacy of law;respecting human values and moral principles;assuming diplomatic responsibilities.This diplomatic policy had clear characteristics of idealism.The Five Principles of Diplomacy became the main content of Canada＇s diplomatic policy at Louis St.Laurent＇s Time.And it＇s mainly the result of the influences of Canada＇s geographic position,population,the relationship with America,historic memories,domestic politics and etc. |
