论思想政治教育在反腐倡廉建设中的价值及其实践路径

思想政治教育是我们党的建设的优良传统,在反腐倡廉建设中发挥着基础性作用。从党的建设历史看,加强思想政治教育是反腐倡廉建设取得成功的一条基本经验;从现实看,思想政治教育既是加强和改进党的建设、全面推进中国特色社会主义建设的客观要求,又是党员领导干部和国家机关工作人员提高自身思想政治品德素养的内在需要。当前,在加快推进惩治和预防腐败体系建设的进程中,应充分发挥思想政治教育在反腐倡廉建设中的基础性作用,重点抓好党员领导干部和国家机关工作人员的理想信念教育、党纪法规教育、职业道德教育和权力意识教育。通过经常性、制度化的思想政治教育,真正筑牢反腐倡廉思想道德防线。

On the Values of the Ideological and Political Education in Combating Corruption and Building a Clean Government and its fulfillment path

The ideological and political education is a fine tradition of our Party construction,and it plays a basic role in combating corruption and building a clean government.Seen from the history of our Party＇s construction,the strengthening of the ideological and political education is a piece of basic experience in the success of combating corruption and building a clean government.From reality,the ideological and political education is an objective demand of strengthening and improving the Party＇s construction,and fully promoting the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is also an inner demand of improving the ideological and political attainment of the Party leaders and the state personnel.At present,in the course of accelerating the system of punishing and preventing corruption,it is necessary to give full scope to the basic role of the ideological and political education in combating corruption and building a clean government,and to attach great importance to the education in ideal and faith,to the education in the Party disciplines and laws,to the education in professional morality and to the education in authority consciousness for Party leaders and state personnel.The frequent and institutionalized ideological and political education can build well the ideological and moral line of defense in combating corruption and building a clean government.
