共和国四位领导人教师队伍建设研究

新中国成立至今,毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛四位领导人对教师队伍建设都给予不同程度的关注。查阅相关的思想论著、谈话收录及教育政策等,从教师的地位、对教师的要求、教师队伍建设等方面,梳理他们对教师队伍建设的认识发展与政策推进。同时,通过比较分析,论述四位领导人对教师素质的不同要求和在教师队伍建设上的不同着力点,呈现教师队伍建设发展的主要趋势和方向。

Research on Teachers' Team Construction by the Four Leaders of PRC

Since the establishment of PRC,the four leaders,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao have given varying degrees of concern to teacher s＇ team construction,which is revealed after reading their theoretical works,conversation record and education policy.This article aims at the comparison and analysis of the four leaders＇ different requirements for teachers＇ team construction and shows the developing direction of the teacher team construction from the teacher＇s position,the requirements for teachers,teachers＇ team construction.
