| 摘 要： | 通过不同成型工艺制备了 Zn Cr2 O4湿敏陶瓷 ,讨论了成型工艺对湿敏陶瓷显微结构和性能的影响 ,研究表明 ,不同成型方式得到的湿敏陶瓷湿阻特性和响应时间有明显的区别 ,因此我们可根据实际需要 ,选择合适的成型工艺 ,制备性能良好的湿敏陶瓷

| Abstract: | ZnCr 2O 4 humidity ceramics was made through different shaping technology,and the influences on its microstructure and electrical properties by shaping technology were also discussed. The experimental results gave the fact that its rh dependence of the resistance and the response time have clear distinction through different shaping technology, so we can make good humidity ceramics by selecting right shaping technology according to actual needs. |
