| 摘 要： | 研究了 Sb2 O3,Nb2 O5 不同施主掺杂 Ba Ti O3基热敏 LPTCR性能 ,对掺 Sb2 O3和掺Nb2 O5 的热敏陶瓷复合制得的 LPTC进行了研究 ,对其机理进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The LPTCR characteristic of BaTiO 3 ceramic doped with donor Sb 2O 3 or Nb 2O 5 are discussed. LPTC ceramics compounded through thermal ceramics doped with Sb 2O 3 and doped with Nb 2O 5 have been studied, and the mechanisms are discussed as well. |
