关于黑岱沟露天煤矿并段台阶工艺接续研究

摘    要:针对黑岱沟露天煤矿的特点、现有开采工艺等,具体研究该矿在扩大生产能力方案实施过程中由单斗铲汽车工艺向吊斗铲倒堆工艺过渡中所存在的问题以及合理的矿山工程衔接方案,以达到吊斗铲开采工艺设计台阶要求。在此过程中,黑岱沟露天煤矿通过分区分段开采、多通道布置等方案,克服了并段台阶工艺接续过程中出现的问题,最大限度的增加现有设备生产能力,减少运距,创造了巨大的经济效益。

Abstract:In view of mining technology modification from shovel-truck to dragline,Heidaigou Open Pit Coal Mine uses shovels and trucks for combining the original benches with the new bench which meets the requirement of dragline operation.By using subarea-subsection mining method,multi-channel layout program,Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine has overcomed the technological continuity problems appearing in bench combination and has fully improved the capacity of existing equipments,so that the transportation distance has been reduced and enormous economic benefits have been gained.
