小型水平轴风力机特征风速的确定与气动特性的实验研究

摘    要:应用WASP软件,在认为风速服从两参数Weibull分布前提下,对内蒙古4个地区的风资源进行分析,推导出特征风速的计算公式,计算内蒙古4个地区的切入风速和额定风速;然后从低成本角度出发,优化风力机的特征风速,缩短风轮直径,降低制造工艺难度,来优化设计风力机;最后通过风力机气动实验分析和风力机单位面积发电量模拟计算进行了对比验证。结果表明:采用特征风速优化后设计的新翼型风力机输出功率得到提高,并且在实际风场中比传统翼型风力机单位面积发电量平均提高了28.0%.

Abstract:First, under the wind speed to obey the two-parameter Weibull distribution, four regions wind resource were analysised by WASP software in Inner Mongolia, characteristics wind speed formula was educed, cut-in speed and rated wind speed were calculated in four regions of Inner Mongolia. Then, from low cost considerations, the characteristic wind speeds of wind turbine were optimized, the diameters of wind wheel were shortened and the difficulty of manufacturing technology was reduced. Finally, the thesis contrasted and validated by experimental analysis and simulation. The results showed that: power output of the new wind turbine is improved by the characteristic wind speed of optimized design, and in four different actual wind farm wind turbine generating capacity per unit area increased by 28% than the conventional wind turbine.
